HR Assistant
Job Summary
An HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Support performance appraisal and other HR initiatives.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software is an advantage.
